They’re pretty thick metal. I know, I give a lot of high star reviews, but I also keep in mind the level of quality for the money. These aren’t luxury spoons, they’re tools. As tools, I think they’re fantastic. Thick. Sturdy. Comes in a multi pack. Worked for my needs. When I need more, or if, I’ll get these again.
