I am trying to make my own water flosser that attaches to my sink faucet with a diverter after my Oralbreeze flosser failed. This tubing fits the diverter I used great. It is silicone so it does have some stretch to it and it is clear so you can see if it ever gets dirty and needs replacing. The best part of it is that it is food grade tubing and does not remain coiled, something that irritated me for several years was that my old tubing was not pliable and relaxed like this silicone is. Now, onto a handle to make this into a working unit. If I am successful, I will update with pictures and such. My other thoughts on the silicon tubing would be to replace the awful, stiff coiled tubing used for my water softener that keeps killing my grass.....if I can get that in silicone, I will! This silicone tubing is also excellent as a replacement tubing for you toilet tanks. I have the Kaboom toilet cleaning system and the silicon tubing does not get enlarged or discolored from the bromine in the the cartridge, just buy the correct size tubing. It is easy to cut and the silicone will stretch a bit if it seems too small but will also create a tighter seal.

I'm using this for off-label use in keeping jewelry stable on necklace chains so pendants stay in place. (It hides well behind the pendants, so the fact that it's clear is just a bonus.) I found this advice on how to use this on Amazon by accident, and it works miracles, especially if you're converting brooches to necklace pendants. (They tend to tip over, and this stuff keeps them from doing so completely.). I have no idea how it works for its intended purposes in creating a still for making alcohol. The identical product is available in day-glo green for using on fishing line for nighttime fishing. Multi-purpose!

Decent. Not as good or flexible as other silicon tubing, but it does the job. I bought this to replace some line that had been cut too short. I found the tubing to be stiffer than the previous kind that I had, but it did the job and was within the size specs that I needed. It's flexible enough for my needs, and for the price, I'm not complaining - it's just a comparison to what I had. This stuff works, seems to be decent quality, and is definitely a good deal for the price.

Great for use in spray cleaning bottles allowing me to use almost all fluid in bottle before refill. In the past with the hard plastic tube it would leave about 1/2" in the bottle that could not be 7sed.

There was plastic taste to the tube. I am using it for drinking water.

That item is NOT food-grade! It either includes or was sprayed with a scent that is irritating and causes headaches. How can this be sold as food-grade?
