This hip trainer works great. I bought it for improving my pelvic floor muscles. Super kegel exerciser is good for strengthening pelvic floor muscles and inner thigh muscles. Carbon steel frame is very durable, outer PVC soft rubber is very comfortable. The user's manual was coming with the package. Very easy for me to use the hip trainer. I tried to cross my legs for clamping it more tightly. I could have the hip training with pelvic hip trainer just at home, don't have to go to the gym, very useful and convenient. Highly recommended.

In addition to my excellent experience with the seller, my daughter asked me to post a review for her that the hip trainer is working great. She says that the super kegel exerciser is helping her strengthen her pelvic and inner thigh muscles. It is very durable and yet still comfortable. Having recently had her second baby, she is confident that the hip trainer will help restore her butt and thighs to their pre-pregnancy look and shape the more she exercises with it. She highly recommends this product.

Not sure what other found useful, but it is very unclear how to properly use it. Yes there is a manual written in a broken English that makes no sense and images that do not relate to the words.

Very heavy did not come with bands. And hard plastic makes it very unconfortable

Several of my friends and I tried this one night. Not at all easy to use. It's really big and did nothing because none of us could actually get it to work.
