As someone who has suffered from insomnia pretty much my whole adult life (20+ years) and has tried literally everything OTC or prescribed, I am SOOOO grateful to finally have found something that actually works! In 20 minutes or less. I work a swing shift and embarrassingly sometimes overindulge in caffeinated beverages to get through my workday. No more tossing and turning. I get a full nights sleep with just two. On my very worst day, it only took three. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, five (sometimes 6 days a week) and I have gotten the same result every time. They are tiny in size. Dissolve in your mouth or you can bite into them and swallow very quickly. The taste is neither here nor there. Slight berry but nothing drastic. Certainly not as bad as cough syrup (which I can never keep down). Excellent value for the price with 12mg each you're sure to get a good nights rest on one. I started with two because I have a high tolerance to most things. Like I said, 3 max is all I've had to take to be out within 20 minutes. They come in a sturdy plastic bottle with an easy flip top for convenient access. I left the cotton inside to ensure maximum freshness. Received October 2025 and expiration date is good until 11/27. These are sure to be gone by then! Definitely on my most favorites and reorder list permanently.

You only need one tablet to do the trick. You may think 12mg is a lot, but it's not. We also use the other option of 5mg and there are times when we'll use 2 tablets instead of one. This takes care of that. The taste is great, it dissolves quickly and is very effective in sleeping through the night and not feeling groggy upon waking. I try to switch melatonin products so I don't get too immune to them, and I have to say, this one really is our favorite. We have used it during travel and use it nightly to help give us the extra boost we need to sleep soundly, and yes, we both sleep very soundly with this product.

I've ordered this product before and I keep coming back to it because I like the way it Tastes, Melts quickly in my mouth and it has 12mg of Melatonin! I have a very difficult time finding Melatonin in the box stores that has 12 mg and is Fast dissolving. I haven't had any bad experience with the Brand even though I've tried other Well-known brands (although I had to take dual pills to reach 12mg and I didn't like having to do that!) I find the pricing in line with box store prices for this size bottle (when/if I can find it) of other brands. It is very easy to take and I find that it works just as well as other brands I've used that weren't chewable or fast dissolve. As always consult your Doctor about using this or any other form of medication and don't use it if you have health issues, are taking other meds prescribed (or not) including OTC or other supplements (as some supplements don't "play nicely" together), alcohol or are pregnant. Also don't give this to children under 18 YEARS OLD, or the VERY ELDERLY as their systems may not be able to deal with it. Don't take more than the 1 pill (12mg) as taking more may cause impairment rendering you from completing tasks safely. Don't drive after taking this until you are certain how it will affect you. And PLEASE keep this out of the reach of children! It tastes good and they might mistake it for candies! Melatonin has always worked well for me, so I thought a higher dose would help me sleep even better. I have trouble sleeping because of menopause, and I decided to try this after reading the reviews. It does help, but the strength feels mild for me. Taking three tablets works much better and finally helps me fall asleep. The berry flavor is fine and it dissolves quickly. Overall, it’s a good value and gentle, but not very strong unless I take a higher amount.

I held off on reviewing until I had finished three bottles of this supplement. so here is my 180 plus days review: I have tried several other products with lower strength with mix results…of all the other supplements though, this one is the best. It contains 12mg melatonin. Taste is great and dissolves fast. I have just received the 4th bottle

Very effective, quick reaction. But try with half a tablet first(6gm), then the whole tablet.

Pleasant blackcurrant taste. Effective in getting me to zzzz real quick.

Bought 2 bottles. Bottles came in a right sized box. Will buy more if the pills are effective.
