Powerful, Spacious, and Incredibly Versatile. Last for a long time. I've had it since 2020.
The Nuwave Brio 15.5Qt Air Fryer Rotisserie Oven is an impressive all-in-one appliance that truly delivers on performance and convenience. The extra-large capacity is perfect for family meals, easily fitting multiple racks of food or a full rotisserie chicken. With 1800 watts of power and precise temperature control from 50°–425°F, everything cooks evenly and efficiently. The Linear T Technology ensures consistent heat throughout the oven, while the integrated smart thermometer takes the guesswork out of cooking meats to perfection. I love the flexibility of the four rack positions and the huge selection of presets—there’s truly a setting for just about anything. The 50 memory slots are a great bonus, allowing you to save your favorite cooking settings for quick and easy use later. Despite its size, the controls are intuitive and user-friendly, and cleanup is straightforward. This appliance can easily replace several kitchen gadgets, making it a great value and a standout choice for anyone who loves cooking with ease and precision. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking to upgrade their air fryer experience.

NUWAVE, GRILL IS PRETTY GOOD SO FAR
This is a pretty good little grilling cooker It's easy to use and clean, and with a bunch of time and temperature settings you can easily air grill all kinds of meat and other foods, not like any stove or grill It doesn't heat up the house or smoke up the place like a regular oven would and with the timer you just set it and it turns it's self off, so that's makes cooking easy With that DCVIRUS in 19 our bodies do better with more protein foods is my thoughts so I got it to help lose weight by eating more good protein grilled meats The draw backs of the black unit is that it's too tall to fit under a counter and needs 3 inches of room around it so, I took the electric burners out of 2 spots on the stove and put it there, but you might need a separate table or other to put it on, or think about getting the other silver nuwave model that looks like it would fit on a counter but under the cabinets. 6 muffin pan fits good and are easy to make and cook so yummy muffins and biscuits It cooks didn't than a stove so for recipes that call for 400 degrees you probably need to turn it down to 360 degrees and for less time. I am pretty happy with it so far as I had the first round nuwave cooker for years, but didn't like cleaning it and this unit seams to do a much better job and a lot easier to use, and clean so I am using it every day. I put 3 to 5 eggs on a glass plate and put it in on 300 degrees for 10 minutes or so with some cheese on top and it turns out pretty good and I don't have to stand at the stove as it turns it's self off afterwards Hopefully it will hold up well like there earlier models that I have had for many years. When grilling meats I spray the meats with coconut oil spray first because I think it helps shear the food and the flavor stays in the meats better is my thoughts I had it now for about a month and used it several times a day and it's fun and easy to use, and I bought it for better healthy foods, and post virus cooking needs

More Than Meets My Needs
My Needs: Smallish footprint. No burns. Even cooking. Versatility. Intuitive operation or a good manual. Durability. Shouldn't be too hard, right? I had an Emerson convection toaster oven that took great care of my family for almost exactly 15 years. When it died a week ago, I looked at the counter space and thought SCORE! Then we tried to live without a toaster oven. I have a Samsung smart range that I would marry if not for my husband's objections. It does a lot and has a lot of perfectly calibrated presets. But it's a big machine that uses gas and electricity and takes a while to heat up and that's a lot to reheat a slice or a sandwich. And, even though it's a lot better insulated than the oven it replaces, it does heat the kitchen in the summer. And wouldn't you know it? Right after the toaster oven died, we had need to heat a sandwich. The dead toaster oven was oppressing us. It's a first world problem and we are first world people, but we are not made of money, and it was Presidents Day. So we bought this thing. It stays cool enough to be able to put your hand on it while it airfries. My actual air fryer will scorch you if you try laying hands on it. You can touch the sides, the top, the door, the handle. Warm? Yes. Do you harm? No. The footprint is smaller than my old one. It's small enough that I can pull it out to the end of the counter and not have it under my cabinets while it cooks. So far, it cooks perfectly evenly. Tater tots come out looking like little brown shirts or army tots, completely conforming, each to the others. The probe seems accurate. Accessories were easy to set up, but the oven operation is a bit opaque on the panel. Luckily, the manual works. It's an alleged air fryer? But there's no preset for that (you can make one if you're into operator's manual deep dives). And it's very versatile - bread proof/yogurt temp all the way up to air fry. I just lost the need for three different appliances. Hope this thing lasts. I kind of love it.
