This is a really good multi functional printer. I replaced an inkjet which was failing with this. As you would expect with an HP colour laser the print quality is superb. It's really an office printer but it sits happily on my table, although it is quite bulky. I paid to have it installed as I couldn't lift it upstairs and was apprehensive about installing it myself. In the past I have experienced terrible bother installing printers and I think this is best done by an expert. With regard to the installation I paid the extra £59 for installation when I purchased it. Unfortunately this has not worked out as hoped. Although the appointment was confirmed by text and email on the day of the appointment no-one turned up. I rang OrderWorks, who were supposed to carry out the installation and they said they would phone me when they could send a technician out, but couldn't say when, and they would not be coming that day. I subsequently rang a local IT technician and he installed it that afternoon. The service from the supplier was excellent, both with delivery and in response to a query from me. The printer is easy to use and I am very pleased with it. I had a very good deal with the price too. The downside of this is that I have paid twice for installation and obviously am not happy.

I bought an HP laser printer a couple of years ago, and I like it so much that I decided to get myself an HP all in one laser printer. Typical of HP, this printer is wonderful, very clean printing, a fast scanner, and at an affordable price. What else can I say, it is great, and I recommend it for anyone who's looking for an all-in-one laser printer.

An excellent home office printer. The printed MANUAL is 'generic' and consequently I wasted an hour and a half looking for something that was not on my machine. I rang SUPPORT and the rep talked me through the bits I did not understand. Later I was abruptly told that their 'INK REPLACEMENT' scheme was not available for this machine... bit pathetic that as I was happy to sign up.

Very good product for the money. Didn’t expect to get a laser printer under £500 let alone half that. All the features work really well. Can’t fault it at all.

It took me a little a little while to figure how to connect to wi fi as I’m not technically minded but after realiseing that I needed to download the app it was so simple to connect love this printer

printer prints very well but scanner doesn't work at all.

I am very disappointed in this printer. It just does what it wants, tells me "out of paper", it's not! Defaults to fax operation. Have to re-start computer to get it to print each time. If I could get it to work it would be brilliant. If I could afford to I would give it away and buy a new printer.

I was surprised to find, after I'd bought it, that this does not do automatic two-sided printing. It only does manual duplex.

Would NOT TOUCH ANOTHER HP Printer in this lifetime, support has been atrocious and this printer has not worked properly since receiving it up until now. We have since purchased a Brother and had NO ISSUES. Very disappointed with this and a previous new HP Printer which I purchased late last year to use it for my new Microsoft Laptop Surface Pro 7 to only find out it was not compatible with my new laptop Dragon software.
