Great Dried Peas
I recently injured several of my fingers due to a fall. My left pinky was actually broken. My physical therapist was wonderful. One of the exercises she used was having me squish dried green peas, kept within a light weight box, with both my hands. The peas were cool to the touch, and felt really great. This was the last physical exercise each day. I'm no longer in physical therapy, but I still do many of the exercises at home. I purchased the dried peas for exercising my hands at home on a daily basis. I recommend this to anyone who needs finger therapy due to aging or injury. Credit smart thinking!!

Excelling for sprouting
I use these solely as a sprouting pea. I've had a 100% germination rate so far. They produce great tasting pea sprouts. Sprouting process is the usual; soak overnight, then rinse and drain daily until sprouts are the desired length.

Product shipped quickly with great packaging
I found the peas a little difficult to rehydrate , however that is probably my fault because I am so used to canned peas and not any problem with the product or the company.

Do not purchase these
These were terrible! They were hard and crunchy no matter how long I cooked them! I will continue to dry my own!

Fresh and of high quality
I’m very pleased with the product. The order arrived quickly, and the packaging was secure. The peas are fresh and of high quality, just as described. I’ll definitely consider purchasing from WONMIRE again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great flavor! YES they do need to be soaked first
These have really good flavor. If you've never cooked with whole dried peas I recommend looking up instructions -they're not included on the bag I received. Having never cooked with whole, dried peas, I thought I could just toss them into my soup and let it cook for an hour. Not so! Here's what I found (after the fact): - WHOLE peas should be soaked 6-8 hrs prior to cooking. After soaking drain them, & put them in fresh cold water in a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer, tilting lid slightly to allow steam to escape, and leave to cook for up to 90 minutes, or until tender. - If they're not completely soft by the time you eat, they're still good and they won't hurt you. Just make sure to chew them well. 😁 - Store the dried peas in a sealed container away from light. Since the bag is so big, I vacuum sealed portions, then put those inside mylar bags.

Super convenient.
I love making up "soup kits" for myself and as gifts. These are a good for added taste, texture and nutrition. Nice to have on hand for meals without using up freezer space.

Surprised
I had a vague idea what these were and was quite pleasantly surprised. I can use these in a variety of ways. The quality is excellent. These are whole dried peas. They benefit from a long (overnight) soaking as with any legume unlike split peas or lentils. .
