After reading up on maca’s potential benefits, I decided to try this brand and was impressed by the quality. The flavor is mildly nutty, the texture is smooth, and it blends beautifully into shakes or oatmeal. It adds a natural energy lift without the crash. The resealable bag keeps it fresh and easy to store (but i put into an airtight container). an excellent find for anyone exploring adaptogenic foods.

I have a teaspoon in my morning latte. It has a sweet flavor almost like a tropical fruit. It's like putting honey in your coffee. I think it helps with energy, productivity and focus. I really look forward to my coffee now.

Works great. Better than anything if the maca pills I’ve tried.

Let me just say this powder smells and taste amazing I’m in between on how well it mixes out in smoothies I did end up using a blender smell A++ Taste A++ I’ll come back with my results when I’m done using all of the maca powder

Compared to buying pills. This is a crazy amount of maca for price. Super good value. But as a warning, for me Maca can give me insomnia. I’m like that though. Things like medical cannabis also gives me insomnia. But if you have a similar affect, it’s well established that this herb can cause insomnia. It’s like my mind won’t shut off. I believe this is why they first used it, ancient warriors on guard and fighting long strenuous times. It’s a whole science and philosophy behind tonic herbs, whether the stimulate jing or the opposite. Simply put its like coffee and your adrenals. You keep firing that boost button, eventually it’s gonna get depleted and needed restored. So just be weary with all these superfood herbs. I took a ton at one time thinking I was some superhero heathy and it just made me an insomniac and sleep is better than any herb known to man.
