This rice is delicious and healthy! This rice is gluten free but so much better than white rice!

This is the only rice we consume now. Tastes great, is fresh when we receive it and is a great value for the money. We are glad that it is organic. Research wise, this is suppose to be the best rice that supports your optimal health and wellness. We have used this rice in all of the dishes we used to use brown rice with. It doesn't alter the taste of any dish you make. We make sure we keep this in stock in our pantry!

Oh my! I’ve quit eating brown rice bc of its arsenic issue. White rice is ok, but bland and has a high glycemic rating. **This** rice?? It’s delicious, it’s not de-germed or stripped of its bran, and it’s a gorgeous color. Its more of a really really deep purple, but the cooking water is definitely a translucent black. Its eye appeal is doubled when combined with red or yellow peppers, corn, & light-colored or bright veggies, or beans like garbanzos, navy beans, or black-eyed peas. And did I say it’s delicious? It has a hearty flavor and texture. My dinner guests always love it!

The rices wasn’t meet mine expectations. I took long time to cook. The flavor is good, but the texture was I little bit hard.
