I didn't think this would work, but it does. Most women understand that right around their periods they run warmer. As you get older, you might sweat a night. This was happening for me and it was disrupting my sleep cycle. Someone suggested this and I figured, for less than $10 dollars I would give it a try. I take one pill with my other supplements and after about one cycle I noticed a huge difference. I still run warm, but I am not waking up sweating and needing to change my PJs. That alone is worth double the price. Just bought my second bottle.
