I’ve been using this iron for over 2 years now, and I must say – it’s been a great purchase. The performance has been consistently reliable with no issues at all in its functioning. It heats up quickly, gives a smooth ironing experience, and is built to last. The only minor inconvenience was that it came with a larger plug, which didn’t fit standard Indian sockets. I had to buy a plug converter, but once that was sorted, it’s been working perfectly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the product. Great quality and durability – highly recommended!

product looked good and it was working fine. now after five months of usage it stopped working. it is not switching on after inserting power plug. we tested all the troubleshoots they shared. also they haven't taken any product support as per 2years of warranty. After waiting of two more weeks for service. customer service team gave number to escalate. He gave one service person number and he accept to get service done. After that when i call the person not responding at all. After 3 days of waiting he come and took the iron box as lack of parts to fix. still the product has not been fixed.

A nice Iron. Only drawback is that the steam stops working suddenly. The you have to press the steam burst button and the steam starts functioning.
