we installed on our laundry room for hang dry items and it works great. Really quality look.

beautiful finish/style.......shipping leaves a lot to be desired. The box was very thin/flimsy, torn and dented. The entire accessory bag was missing and the towel bar was out of square due to poor packing/shipping. Thankfully my husband who is a general contractor was able to square it up and Warmly Yours customer service sent the accessory bag out quickly!

If you need a horizontal towel bar owing to space issues, this is for you—they aren’t easy to find. It’s attractive & modern in appearance, although I wish it came in a brushed or satin finish. It works well with a timer. I can’t give it 5 stars because it does not warm the towels as much as our previous Warm Rails model did—the degree of warmth is acceptable but not outstanding.

Pros: Nice when installed. Cons: Installation quality: Cross-threaded and stripped power leg attachment machine screw into the back of the rack, where a captive or welded nut should have been used. I had to get a one size larger screw and tap it. Also the drywall anchors are extreme cheap garbage that did not grab the provided screws, replaced with a metal spring out set.
