I've been using this product for awhile and I'll continue to use them because I feel like it works really well for me however I'm removing a star because I only received 45 capsules instead of 50. This was my first time actually counting after purchasing numerous bottles. The lid was sealed but after counting, it only contained 45 instead of 50 as stated on the bottle. So make sure you count!

Hard to find a vegetarian probiotic. This works. Keeps my gut healthy without meat products.

My pH is back on track. I overall feel better. I have a had a problem with UTI since I was a kid, this has cranberry in it, haven't had one since I've started taking this. Try it. I’m sure they work for some, but I did not like them. I was extremely bloated and gassy- tried them for three weeks and it just never got any better only worse. I use other supplements from this brand with no issues
