Great product - stopped puppy from splashing water over kitchen floor
I highly recommend the "OurPets Comfort Diner Elevated Dog Food Dish". I have a 3-month-old lab/pit mix puppy who just discovered that he loves splashing the water from his bowl all over the kitchen floor, and even picking up the bowl while it's filled with water and flipping it over, and then dragging it around the house. Although it seems like the 4" or 8" size might be more appropriate for a puppy, I took a chance and ordered the largest size, the 12", because I didn't want it to turn out that it was too short and the puppy could still splash. The 12" tall food dish stand turned out to be perfect for the puppy, who stands 15" at the top of the shoulder, and 20" at the top of his head when all 4 paws are on the ground. The advertised measurements seem correct. The product contains the stand and 2 identical stainless steel bowls, each of which holds approximately 6 1/2 cups of food/water. Bowl measurements: 8 1/2" diameter (wide) and a little under 3" tall. The entire unit is 27" wide and 11" deep (front to back). My measurements are approximations because the puppy kept chewing on the tape measure when I tried to measure anything. ;-) The bowls lie flush with the top of the stand, well actually just a hint below the stand because there is a small elevated rim around the circumference of it. Each bowl sits in a well (a space) sized just for it, so I don't think that using different sized bowls in the stand would work well. The only slight flaw to the dog bowls stand in my opinion is that it's extremely lightweight, so I was concerned that the puppy might still shove it around the kitchen. To counter this, I bought the "Darkyazi Pet Feeding Mat Large for Dogs and Cats,24"×16" Flexible and Easy to Clean Feeding Mat,Best for Non Slip Waterproof Feeding Mat" from Amazon at the same time as the stand, and I also put the stand up against a wall. I recommend the mat as well, and it's about the same size as this bowl stand. The stand is just a bit wider so a couple of inches are outside the mat, but it does ensure that the stand doesn't slide. So far, the puppy has been eating and drinking from the new stand just fine, hasn't splashed any water since I got it, and hasn't tried to move the stand as he used to do with his standalone dog bowls. This was an excellent purchase for me and solved the problems of water on the floor and the noise of the old dog bowls being dragged around.

A great option at a good price
Raised dog food trays are all over the place on price, style and quality and there is no direct correlation between the three. My daughter had a nice one from a pet store but it was more expensive then I was willing to spend (around $70). After all, it’s just molded plastic and they rarely are attractive. Been searching for a good solution for quite a while. This one checks all the boxes. It’s the perfect height for my golden retriever. It’s sturdy enough that I’m not worried about it tipping or being knocked over. The stainless steel bowls included are just OK. They are decent but a little on the thin side. Nothing that would stop me from buying this and they can always be replaced, there’s nothing special about the size or shape of them that would prevent replacements - another selling point. Finally, it doesn’t look like a cheap piece of plastic. It’s not going to make better homes and gardens but it’s one of the more attractive ones I found.

larger than what I expected but dog loves it!!!
I have an 8 year old border collie that has started to have some hip pain so I decided to get him an elevated feeder. After looking at quite a few I decided this was the best value... boy was I right! It was slightly bigged than what I imagined in my mind but the 12 inch model is perfect for him! I love the removable stainless steel bowls which makes it easy to clean. The "continuous" watering feature seems like a neat idea. You can remove the stainless steel water bowl and screw a water bottle into a special section which allows the water to refill as the dog drinks. I have yet to try this festure. The product is wider at the bottom making it very sturdy and has a slip resistant bottom All in all a great buy for just $20!!!!!

Excellent but high maintenance
My only two complaints are that there is exactly a big enough gap underneath for things to get trapped and the water area under the bowl gets disgusting REALLY fast because food crumbs and spilled water accumulate so quickly. I guess it's good for protecting floors, but man does it get gross. It's also sturdier than single-dish stands, and my dog sure puts that to the test, but she's never once tipped it over.

Great item!
I had one of these stands previously. When my Doberman went to rainbow bridge I kept it as I was getting another Doberman puppy. He used it with no problems, however it was getting aged and needed replacing. At the time I couldn’t find this. I opted for another that was nice two separate metal stands, they were very nice. HOWEVER, they were flimsy, moved easily and my Doberman became afraid of it and STOPPED EATING! I finally realized it was the stands when I hand fed him and he ate his food up. I found this, exactly like the previous one but it was brown. That’s really better. I took it out of the box, set it up, put his food in and he was a happy boy again ate everything. For cleaning, it’s not a big deal. I take it outside and clean it with the hose. It’s big and would be clumsy cleaning in the kitchen. After all don’t we want this big for our bigger dogs?🤔. Yes, the water collects under the water dish 🤭. Wouldn’t you rather the water collect there instead of on the floor?🤔. It’s no big deal, pick up the stand and empty it. Don’t let this point prevent you from getting this. The price is excellent. I paid more for the 2 stands that were “prettier” to end up giving them away.

First thing that struck me when this arrived: this is big! It takes up quite a bit of floor space, the base being overall about 70 cm x 36 cm, narrowing of course towards the top. The two bowls are also big, and have a good depth too, less likely that there'll be any spillage. They are very easy to take out as there are two large finger slots for each bowl, but little chance they will otherwise fall out. This is also very sturdy and well made, any accidentally knocking over is unlikely, and I would image it would take a very big and boisterous dog, or a very determined one to upset it.

I ordered a elevated feeding dish because the vet said it would help my small (13lb) dog with his regurgitation issues. So far so good. It keeps the food neat and he seems to be doing better.

I really like the height. Perfect for my dog. My dog eats alot better since we got this dish. No food all over the floor and choking on his food however, he still slops his water. 🤣 It comes with two dishes and no assembly. Very sturdy. The only thing I would suggest to the retailer is to not use the tape inside the dog dishes. Figure out anther solution to hold them together for delivery. We had a very hard time getting the tape and glue off the side of the two dishes. I would diffenitly purchase this item again. Highly recommend it for pet owners with larger dogs.

We love this water/food dish for our dog. It's great for her digestion and is the perfect height for her. My only complaint is sometimes we hit it or she is sloppy when she drinks, which causes the water is 'overflow' in the basin underneath. We've been good on cleaning it up, but I'm sure it could attract mold if not properly maintained. Would absolutely still buy again though, it's a great bowl.
