13-inch Soft Neoprene Sleeve Case for MacBook & UltraBook laptop (built-in external pocket) - BLACK

I ordered this for a 13" Macbook Air and it fits pretty nicely, with a bit of wiggle room. The package was delivered right on schedule and the case came just as advertised. The external pocket is a huge plus. I'm overall very pleased with this product. The green colored inside is a quirky, nice touch, at least for me.*EDIT: I am writing this edit YEARS LATER - it is now 2017 and I bought this in 2011. This is the only case I have bought for my Mac Air and I still use it to this day. The case is still in great shape, the zippers work very well, and the side pocket functions perfectly. I am so pleased with this purchase, as it has held up many years and through many circumstances. I've taken this to Italy with me on the plane, many coffee shops, and in many bags on many trips.

i purchased this case with the ipearl snap on cover for my 13' MBA. everything arrived super fast, as per usual with amazon, and although there was a bit of a chemically-smell to the case at first, my MBA fits in it perfectly. (the smell dissipated after a day or two outside of the packaging) while i don't have a MBP to judge the fit, it seems like it would be snug enough. for my purposes, just as a case to use when traveling or to slide in my carry-on, this fits the bill. the zippers seem to be sturdy, the case itself is light weight and portable, with a soft interior. the external zipper pocket, as many have mentioned, fits the power cord and any other small accessories you might be using (like vga dongles or thunderbolt ethernet adapters). i've already recommended this to two of my colleagues with MBAs.

Works great for my Samsung 12.2 pro tablet. Firs inside nicely with only a little wiggle room. The outside storage is handy for memory, controllers, chargers, etc. The material is sturdy enough and seems to pad my stuff okay.The only negative I have to say about this is it does not have good handles for carrying. There are built in handles on the inside but you cannot deploy them and have this case zipped at the same time. I would of much preferred outside sturdy handles instead of this design.I do not feel comfortable using the handles if I need to leave the bag unzipped, way too much potential to go wrong.I put the sleeve inside of a book bag so this is not an issue. But for others who want just the bag, keep that in mind.I have had this for several months and it has slight but expected wear.

I purchased this case for a family member because I recently purchased a similar case at Target. I felt this case was a bit thin, which is why I gave it 3 stars. However, the pocket on the front is very helpful because it will fit the computer charger (though a bit snug). If the material felt more sturdy, I would recommend it!

I decided to take another risk on a product with no reviews. Unfortunately, that didn't quite work out this time. The sleeve looked good in the pictures and specs. It had the external pocket I wanted and was designed to fit 13" Ultra books. They included several manufactures, including Dell. So I wasn't exactly expecting a "snug" fit. You can only hope it's "close enough" with somewhat universal 13" sleeves like.However, this sleeve case is WAY too big for my Dell XPS13 Ultrabook. My 14" Dell Latitude E6420 would have had too much room as it was; and that's nowhere near an ultrabook. I'll include a picture. It's also very floppy and has almost no padding in there. As a result, it's very uncomfortable to carry. With the system moving around and having so much space in all directions, I just took it out and carried the system on it's own.The material is about what you'd expect. Except the outside zipper is uneven and wavy. It looks rather cheap and doesn't exactly inspire confidence that this "made in china" product is going to last very long. If this had a strap and more pockets, it would work OK as a messenger bag. Not a sleeve. Although due to the lack of padding, I wouldn't want to keep something valuable in there.Pros:* Inexpensive* External zipper pocketCons:* Way too big for a 13" anything* No padding* Cheaply builtBottom line, there are better products out there for about the same price. My son is a freshmen in high school and is carrying a MacBook in his backpack everyday. The sleeve is the perfect safe companion to accompany the hard cover shell that we also purchased on Amazon. I really like the zipper pocket on the outside of the sleeve - it works nicely for storing earbuds. The construction of the main zipper is sturdy and looks like it will hold up well for quite some time. For a 14-year old boy, products must be sturdy. He has been using the sleeve for about 5 weeks and it still looks brand new.

I bought this case based on the good reviews and the cheap price. My wife and I have to 13.3' macbooks and I had the $40 incase sleeve and I got a $25 case logic case for my wife. Both of those were made out of noticeably thicker material than this one. While this case fit fine and looked fine, I could tell right away that the material was thinner, almost paper-thin. I just would feel nervous putting my laptop in one of these, you might as well not have a case at all. I returned it and opted for the $25 case logic case. I think it's worth the extra $10.
