Taste horrible, but that's my personal opinion
It tastes exactly as described. I don't like it but I also didn't expect too. I bought it solely for the nighty night stuff like calmomile and whatever else it had in it. It definitely helps relax me after a stressful day. Sometimes I think it's the self care of having a hot drink and kind of meditating and decompressing but that paired with the tea ingredients here they go together well. For what it is, it's definitely exactly that.

Pretty Good!
I tried this tea for about a year and a couple of months. Do not expect to drink and fall to the floor asleep. However, it did help relax me ALOT, even just the smell after taking it for a while relaxed me. And I get a better nights rest when I take it, feeling more energized in the morning than normal. When I first bought it, I was experiencing trouble sleeping and it helped and now that I'm experiencing trouble with noisy neighbors, its still helping me relax enough to fall asleep.

Very tasty and calming
I purchased this tea to help me unwind and relax after a long day at work, and I was pleasantly surprised by how effective it is. The taste is delightful, and Iād definitely recommend it to friends and family. My mom drinks it every night to ease her headaches, and she absolutely loves it

They changed the formula -
This product used to include valerian root, which is a natural alternative for insomnia, stress and anxiety. And strangely heavily inculcated in my nursing school textbooks. Same desired outcome as chamomile, but with a heavier punch. I was not shocked they changed the ingredients to chamomile.
