I bought the same from local shop for 7k it's working fine. Quality of headset is very good

Good Audio quality
Noice cancellation is good not the best good audio quality but the built quality is bad they get damaged very easily with regular use in office.

The Price tag is too much for a product that just looks and feels like a normal headset for call centres.

Great headset, replacing an existing model that’s broken after many years of use. Just remember, you will need an adapter to plug it into anything.
