A wonderfully light but beautiful fragrance which is best layered on …it’s got longevity but only if you layer it on say, up to three or four times in the day…..as it is so good it’s a pleasure to do that!

I ordered this as a summer scent, as my usual perfume is quite heavy. This is nice - it's subtle, and for me needs refreshing every few hours. It's a soft fragrance, the rose cones through nicely without being overpowering. It's quite an old fashioned smell, in a nice way. It's a large bottle and very reasonably priced. This is closest to the original 4711 from all the floral scents. So if you like the original 4711, then you'll love this. It's also quite strong in comparison to the other floral 4711 variants. Great for freshening up.

I love 4711 that I have used since I was a toddler. I am nearly 72!

Love the original,so quite like Jasmine but Jasmine doesn't like me much. Turns to a heavy rubber scent with my body chemistry, so I still use it, just not on my skin.

it does not smell like magnolia. there is a faint vague smell which does not last even five minutes on the skin. i wonder if the product is authentic. Last week i had purchased 4711 Lilac which is very nice and long lasting. So i purchased also the 4711 Magnolia but it is absolutely a waste of money.
