Worth the money!!
This is a review after the first day of owning it so long term I don't know how long they last but what a fantastic little console! Plays NTSC and PAL snes games along with NES and sega mega drive games! All in one, graphics are great, sound is great, and works on HdMI on modern TV's, I n 4:3 and 16:9, am very impressed, worth the money

Good console. Easy to setup
Good console. Easy to setup. I have tried mega drive games and snes. The snes slot is a little narrow for some games (very tight fit), but it works well. The controllers work well.

Great
It doesn't play absolutely everything but it plays most games, plays ea games and the strange carts, hdmi, looks great. I love it and ill live without the few games it doesn't play.

Retro trio.
Console arrived set up was easy got usb cable plugged into 5amp plug.controllers are ok but would recommend using original controllers for each system. Snes games play fine to me nes game played fine.Genesis/megadrive games are a bit crazy.Streets of rage 2,quackshot play in Japanese for some reason I tried switching all regions but got flicker not tried to many more games. To me I think this is over priced by about £20 it's OK if you want to play your old games without having to buy 3 consoles but it's certainly not perfect far from it.on a plus side the console I received has a 4.3 16.9 switch when you play through hdmi but I use mine through rca on a crt tv and games are full screen not like the original consoles with black borders.

It works brilliantly
I was very skeptical at first and wasn’t sure it would work in the UK, but I’m pleased to say it works amazingly! The only issue is that games fit very tightly, but I would highly recommend this and have already done so to my friends and family.

Works well
Nes slot was a bit stiff but that's not a bad thing, great for limited space

Seller very attentive to customer questions, fast service, everything works, same product as in the photos, 2 controllers included, the original controllers work perfectly too, easy to install and the image quality is very good on the 4k television !

Overall Super Retro Trio seems like a quality solution for playing old cartridges. I have a bunch of Nintendo games my son is always asking me about. But until now I had no way to play them. I looked at several retro gaming consoles and this one seemed like it had the best reviews and I can see why. The console itself seems well made. It is about the same size as the original Nintendo. It is lighter, but it doesn't feel flimsy. The included HDMI cable seems to be of good quality and fit snugly into both the console and my TV. The games feel a little tight sliding into and out of the system. My son needed some help pushing them in and pulling them out. I could see this causing an issue in the future if kids wiggle and torque the games too much and damage the console. The controllers definitely don't feel as well made as the original SNES controllers. They are lighter and feel more flimsy but they work well. The buttons are springy and firm and have good response. The SNES controllers that are included will work with Genesis and NES games too, and the button mapping is well done. For instance, they chose the right buttons for NES to allow you to easily hold down run and jump at the same time in Super Mario Bros. I think these controllers are good enough that there is no need to buy third-party ones. However, the wires that attach them to the system are short, so if you want more freedom you should consider a wireless SNES controller. There are also ports that allow you to plug in your original NES and Genesis controllers as well, which is a cool feature since I have a lot of Nintendo gear I am looking forward to playing with. I tested using one of the included controllers for player one and an original nintendo controller for player two and it worked. The NES Game Genie also worked. The graphics were as I remember them and had no issue displaying on an HDTV screen. Sometimes a weird line would show up on the screen. Juggling the cartridge a bit to make sure it was properly seated resolved this issue. The music sounds a little different on some of the games. I noticed this the most on Donkey Kong, where some music is missing. But overall, this is a small issue. For the price I really don't think you can beat this system if you have a bunch of cartridges laying around and need a way to play them, or if you just want to consolidate down to a single system for all your retro games. I've only played with this for a few days and I will update in a few months to talk about durability and reliability over time.
