Nice product
I am writing a first review, I’ll update later as I just received about an hour ago. They seem sturdy meaning I don’t think they will fall apart soon. I got the xxl size and I’m liking the way they fit. There is no crotch padding. It has a cloth barrier from front to back on the inside. The outer side is a leak proof material (yet to be tested) but not rubber. You aren’t buying rubber pants. These are definitely not for full voids but if you have a bladder leak like I do I think they’ll protect your clothes. I will update after using a pair. I have been using paper pull ups but I want to get out of those. I’m hoping these will help me. I don’t have laundering instructions but it’s my bet hot water and hot dry might not be the best idea because the protection area does have a light rubber feel. It’s comfortable so again I say you aren’t wearing rubber pants. There’s another brand on TV but their instructions say you can only wash them about 200 times. If I launder cold and fluff dry I sure these will get a whole lot more washes. These are definitely just for minor leaks not for heavy urination issues. UPDATE: it’s the next day. Full use of a pair. It handles discrete leakage without soiling outer garments. Feels like regular underwear.

Horrible
Don’t waste your money! If I could I’d give them a - 5 star I would have. Unfortunately, I had to give it at least one star to post this review. The protective material is like a thin tarp. You know like the ones that you buy to cover things to protect things from rain or whatever. Seriously no joke. After washing and air drying I tried a pair on. Very uncomfortable. First off it felt like I had a plastic garbage bag stuffed down there! Still I thought I’ve come this far.. let’s give them a chance. Talk about panty lines.. don’t even think about wearing them with leggings !not to mention how I sweated in just the 1st hour of having them on! Thank goodness I hadn’t left the house! As far as being protective. A big fat zero! Between the sweating & the plastic tarp feeling & the leakage that I experienced with these in less than an hour and a half and the prominent lines from the stitching up both cheeks: these are a big fat -5. I showered “ again” and tossed all five pair in the garbage where they belong!

For the cost, they did what I expected.
They run small. I usually can wear a Hanes Just My Size 11-12 and these are a little tight at a 4xl, especially in the leg holes. 5xl fits comfortable. At a light flow/spotting day(s), these can handle and don't leak as long as it's not too long or bleed too much in one spot. Anything heavier, they become regular underwear and I need appropriate hygiene supplies with them. Also, the blood will not be absorbed or wicked away by the underwear. It will rest on the surface and sensitive skin can be irritated. WASH IN COLD WATER!! I already knew this but I sacrificed one and yeah, it tends to have a bit of a smell after 1st use wash. (Tip: Presoak if you can or rinse out every day as close to use as possible.) They eventually lose their "noise" after a wash or two ( weirdest thing: before use, before first wash to wear, they sound almost like "paper"). The 4xl is a little see through as it's stretched out but the 5xl is more opaque. Basically, they are more like standard underwear than menstrual underwear. But because they were so cheap, I didn't really expect anything more.

Comfortable & Pretty.
I didn't believe that these would be effective but, they're comfortable and come in pretty colors. I would suggest that you choose a size larger than your size, because, they're not very stretchy. However, they are very nice, so for that reason, I recommend this product and this seller.

Not as absorbent or big as I liked.
I really wanted to like these panties I really did. So every full moon I have a cyst which can cause heavy bleeding, plus I already bleed pretty heavily. After soaking my super absorbent pads every hour or two I knew I needed something. I went with the all colors and for under twenty dollars they are pretty cheap. They do look nice but they do not absorb as much as I want, plus on the mesh side I keep getting blood yuck. (They don’t seem to absorb it on that side) They are a bit small, I think the black is a different size as well- and I’ve already had to change these three times already in a two day period because I keep bleeding through them. I wear a 38 plus at JC Penny's and I ordered the 5x multi colors, while the pink, purple and others seem to be okay (mostly) the black seems a bit too small. I’m sure cutting off blood circulation in your thighs might help with bleeding (lol). If they had a 6x or 7x and your my size id get it instead. Sadly the underwear doesn’t collect those nasty jellyfish, so you may have to wear something under it- or a cup. Some of them were comfortable after wearing after an extended amount of time, and some of the colors seem more absorbent than others. If you’re bleeding heavily, wear the purple first! When wearing them they do feel like a diaper, and they do feel heavy. The fabric doesn’t seem to bother me and I guess the cut okay, but I couldn’t recommend if bleeding like Moses turned the Nile red.

Perfect for women with bladder leakage that participate in high impact sports
I purchased these to use for sports as after multiple abdominal surgeries and full hysterectomy I leak during high impact sports. I did not use anything in addition with them, just the panties and I wore white bottoms (brave I know). Although I did still experience the stress incontenience from high impact sports I was comfortable, the panties worked and I didn't even have to think about a liner shifting around. I will be buying more.

I brought a 5 pack of period leak underwear for my medical condition forgetting about that the underwear was a little to big around my belly however that was no big deal. They are comfortable and stylish. I would recommend wearing a pad with wings or without wings which ever works to take the leak. Maybe an overnight pad or a regular size pad depending on your preference. I would not rely solely on the underwear for heavy bladder leaks or heavy period bleeding. I think this product does save money in the long run but it just cuts the costs of expenses each month. Cheers.
