Heavy, Durable, Beautiful knife
This knife is durable, very sharp, the handle is heavy and is the perfect weight, and it looks so beautiful! Going to be cooking with this every day

Incredibly sharp and wonderful feel in the hand!
I bought this knife to replace an older santoku that was of a much lower quality. I was blown away by the build quality of this Miyabi and how solid it felt. It's a delight in the hand and glides through vegetables with such ease it's like they're not even there. It's easy to clean with a little soap and water and nothing sticks to the sides of it while cutting. I'm ecstatic to have this in my collection.

Its what I expected
I bought this along qith a shun blade, I got this for veggies and the other for meats and it works perfect for what I need it both at home and work(im a chef). It has been about 4 months and the blade is hardly showing its dulling. Would recommend for people looking to learn how to get precision cuts or a nicer blade.

Great Knife
Wonderful knife!! And extremely sharp. Somehow I managed to cut myself twice in the first couple of days of use and I don't know how I managed to do it. First time I've cut myself in decades.
