Q: Does this generic work as well as Flonase?

It contains the same active ingredient as Flonase. --Life Direct

Q: What preservative does it contain?

I do not know, but if you look at the product page on Amazon, you'll see that it includes a photo of the back label, which lists both the active and inactive ingredients. Hopefully that will give you the info you need.

Q: Why does it take 12-24 hours for an effect (see Question #7)? Why no effect after just one hour?

I have severe allergies and stuffiness. It doesn’t take 12 hours for me to get the relief of this product. But my condition is chronic and year long and there are other variables in play with my sinus condition. There may be something a little more problematic with your, maybe Aeosenifils, which causes allergies to be a bit more troublesome.
