This is an easy, at home way to color gray hair. Use it every time i shampoo. IT easily washes out if you don'tlike it. good product.

Color is great. I've used for probably two decades at least, however, the last two I ordered, the caps on both went bad half way through product. I pull the cap up so it opens as always, but the last two items simply get to a point where the color will not come out at all. Obviously I've used it for a very long time and know how the caps are supposed to work. It seems that cap is defective with manufacturer. Quality control needs to take a look at this. I've even taken the cap off, rinsed it again and again under hot water and nothing will come through. If cap would work, I'd give product a 5 Star rating.

The color is OK, but darker than I expected. I don't like how runny it is (messy), and it takes a LOT longer to dry my hair with this in it. To me, the Sweet Cream is darker in my hair than others who posted photos of Sweet Cream. The color is not awful, and I have more problems with how messy it is than the color.

I like that this rinse is easy to use and reasonably priced. It is great for blending my gray roots to the rest of my hair.
