High quality with a clean signal! Perfect for hooking your phone into a mixer.
This is a good solution if you are looking to hook your phone up to your mixing board. At least on my Mackie ProFX12V2, all of the inputs EXCEPT the XLR are downstream of the pre-amp, so you can't use the gain knob. Typically phones don't push a high-gain signal out, so when I was using my 3.5mm TRS to dual 1/4" TS breakout cable it wasn't super audible over what my drum mics were picking up. This cable is high-quality (as are most things from Cable Matters), with very little noise. It is plenty long for my purposes, shorter should have probably been better but it is easy to bundle up with a hook and loop fastener. All of the materials are nice - the connector and the sheathing look like they will withstand plenty of abuse. Best of all, it was fairly inexpensive. Overall, it is perfect for my purpose, which is running a metronome on my phone and routing it through my analog mixer which I use to monitor my drum kit.

Thick, Professional Cable. Great Buy!
Awesome cable. Cable is very thick which is great for noise cancellation. No issues and very professional.

Niche Item That Works
Unique item. Niche type thing. This does work and there is no signal loss - quality remains acceptable to high.

Love it
We bought this so that we could start plugging cell phones directly into our stereo system for swim team workouts. The sound quality on this thing is insane! When I tell you our stereo actually got louder when we used it, I am not exaggerating, it works that well. Connect with our system and cell phones easily, it’s a good manageable length so you can leave your phone on top of the stereo, not to mention the cord itself is super sturdy quality.

Gets the job done, quite a bit of interference at high volumes
Works good but when I turn the fader up I get quite a lot of interference.

Works great on wonky Airbus Connecting with your Bose 820, $1000 headsets.
As an airline pilot flying Airbus Aircraft and using the Bose 820 headset, I've made a lot of connections in my life. But let me tell you, the connection I made with the headset cable connector we use on our flights was a match made in heaven. (This is a specific problem, connecting to the 2 jack or duplexer, with a small number of the older aircraft flown at my airline.) First of all, this connector is specifically designed to work with the Bose 820 headset, so you know you're getting a perfect match. It's like finding your soulmate, but for your audio equipment. And let's be honest, when you're flying at 36,000 feet, you need equipment that can keep up with the demands of the job. But what really sets this connector apart is the ease of use. Making the connection is so simple, it's like connecting the dots. Just plug it in and you're good to go. No need to fumble around with different adapters or cables, just a smooth, effortless connection every time. And let's talk about sound quality. The Bose 820 headset is already known for its superior noise-canceling capabilities, but when you combine it with this connector, it's like listening to music in a soundproof room. The clarity is so good, you'll feel like you're eavesdropping on a conversation happening miles away. In conclusion, if you're an airline pilot flying Airbus Aircraft and using the Bose 820 headset, this connector is a must-have. It's the missing puzzle piece that completes the perfect audio experience. Making the connection has never been so satisfying.

Aesthetically looks very high quality and feels pretty solid and well made. As for durability, it's a question of how long it will last hence a little too early to comment on how durable it is at this moment.
