Fantastic customer support, had a problem with notifications, & the staff were like a dog with a bone, would not let it go till the problem was solved. They phoned me in the UK from their base in the US to help me work through the problem. It turned out the problem was an update need ed on their system from Apple, all sorted. The product is fantastic. However here in the UK, the cell carrier is 3, and where my daughter’s school is the cell reception is poor. Would recommend to anyone who needs to keep tabs on a loved one.

Not cheap and the setup process didn’t work. Returned.

Great product but very expensive to run !

Bought for husband with pd and dementia. Takes worry out of where he is if I am not with him. Gps is a little hit and miss, but love that I can call it and speak to him and he can me. Gives excellent peace of mind.

We love our AngelSense, with it’s features we can keep track on our loved ones. We find that features like alerts and voice activation and timeline are really smart and helpful !!

I really wanted to like this but it just wasn't for us! Subscription is very expensive for what you get! Also, son wore it to school, I made sure to turn off calls during school hours but to my surprise, I received 3 calls from him that day. I didn't answer because I did t want to disturb the class but when I picked him up from school he was very upset because he kept knocking the tracker by accident and every time it would call me for the whole class to hear. I'll just get him a tracker watch. I returned the item!

Could not register for a plan as website wouldn't accept my address as I have no house number or road name. Monthly plans are very expensive and do not of Vat relief for people with dementia. The battery life is suspect. There are no return to sender instructions to claim money back.

Wonderful device. Download the app and it will show you every movement with precision. My child isnt special needs, he carried this in his pocket for his own comfort. Used it for peace of mind for myself and my child when he had to go with his dad for visitation for the first time. He was scared to go to his dad's on his own. Knowing that I could find him anywhere was the only reason he was willing to go. A nice feature was the panic button and that I could speak with him thru it if there was an emergency. The only downside was the charge time. It was dead in less than 24 hours. Needs a constant charge. Plus the monthly subscription fee. It was worth it for what it was used for though.

I love the fact that it does t need to be around wifi or other cell phones to work. The original annual fee was great, it is now getting pretty expensive.... $900 CAD roughly. It's still worth it in my opinion but it is getting expensive, luckily most Ontario ASD grants will cover it (SSAH, OAP, SOT Special needs grant, etc.

Poor cellular coverage, completely unreliable. Very poor battery life, needs to be charged daily and does no longer last full day after year. Customer service much to be desired. They do not have 1800 number. Very difficult to cancel. Very expensive contract for 1 year. This device costs me more than $99 per month.
