The product is very effective. Helped me with my sleep issues and anxiety along with building my stamina and strength in the gym.

I dont feel anything

This would have been my third or fourth bottle of them. I loved them for the time that I had them however, I’m leaving them behind to use another brand as I need a lower dosage. They have been great. I recommend them to anybody considering them. They’re very easy to use and the size is not intolerable. I liked the ingredients that they had to offer especially the KSM 66 I noticed how calm I was and as someone who has been dealing with a lot of stress, I’ve gotten a great use out of them. Great for calming energy, I do find that pairing this with magnesium has been a great deal of help for me and I sleep better.

No effect, waste of money

I bought this specifically for my mom, who had been feeling very stressed lately due to work and daily life, with occasional anxiety that was affecting her sleep and mood. The tablets are easy to swallow, no weird taste or side effects (no daytime drowsiness).
