I absolutely love cinnamon and use it daily in my tea and frequently in my baking. I've used many brands over the years and this is one of the best. It's everything you would expect in a high-quality Ceylon cinnamon. There's also been recent info coming out about some brands having contaminants in their cinnamon, but research says this company is not on that list and the cinnamon is truly pure.

Really impressed with this Ceylon cinnamon. The flavor is smooth, mild, and clearly high quality—much better than regular store-bought cinnamon. It mixes easily into drinks and recipes, and I love that it’s organic, gluten-free, and non-GMO. The 1 lb bag is a great value. Highly recommend! The size is very much worth the price, love the freshness, it's appearance, texture and it doesn't do to bad when it comes to mixing it with liquid that has a high heat level.

This is a premium Ceylon Cinnamon--recommended for any number of uses and considered one to consider for its healthy properties. Not as spicy as Vietnamese but affords a nice flavor that I add to my chai tea. The grind is uniform and works well in a shaker as well.

Very good and healthy cinnamon at a good price. Add it to my coffee everyday so I am going through it and will soon reorder. Smells amazing. It has lasted quite a while so far even though it is used daily for stable blood sugar.
