DeLonghi Stainless Steel Burr Coffee Grinder with Grind Selector and Quantity Control

Took lot of time for the seller to deliver the product. Very disappointed after receiving the product as this works with 110watts power and is not suitable for Indian conditions. No such info was there in the product description. Don't buy this product. Complete waste of money.

Bought this due to brand equity of Amazon and DeLonghi. Both the brands have failed for me in this experience. I am shocked that Amazon allowed one product to be sold through its India unit which doesn't comply to India voltage standards and additional converter has to be purchased. When I put the beans to grind, it completely stopped working and when I looked for service centers in Mumbai (India) at the manual and online, I found none. Never expected this from two brands of such repute.

Disappointed in the product. struggles to grind after just 6 months of use. The fine/coarse dial had become inaccurate and inconsistent.

Moud très bien le café, moteur fort, arrête dès que le récipient est plein. De la statique est présent dans ce récipient mais si on attend 1 ou 2 minutes, ça s'en va. Très bonne machine

It's super excellent as long as it works within its limits of operation. It's not for heavy duty continuous grinding. It's for personal use with limited capacity. Max 75 gram of coffee beans to be grinding per time then it must stop to avoid heating of gears.

I PURCHASED A CAPRESSO AND IT FAILED AFTER THE FIRST ATTEMPT. BACK IT WENT. I THEN GOT A CUISINART. IT WORKED TWICE, BROKE, BACK IT WENT. I THEN ORDERED AND RECEIVED A DeLonghi AND IT SEEMS TO BE WELL MADE AND WORKED WELL.WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FUTURE. BUT IN THE MEAN TIME I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. IT IS COMPACT AND DOES USE MUCH COUNTER SPACE. EASY TO USE AND EASY TO CLEAN. ADDENDUM # 1 --- SO FAR IT HAS PERFORMED FLAWLESSLY. VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND ASSEMBLE. ALSO, THE REMOVABLE COFFEE BIN IS DISHWASHER SAFE. IT IS FAIRLY QUIET AND DOES A GREAT JOB. SO FAR---SO GOOD! GRINDS THE BEANS TO PERFECTION. ADDENDUM # 2 (FOUR DAYS LATER)---- WELL THIS MORNING I THOUGHT I WOULD REALLY CLEAN THE MACHINE AND I REMOVED THE UPPER BURR GRINDER AS INSTRUCTED. ALL WENT WELL. I RE-ASSEMBLED THE MACHINE AND IT DID NOT START. I TRIED SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO START IT. STILL NO LUCK. THEN BY ACCIDENT I RE-INSERTED THE COFFEE CONTAINER THAT CATCHES THE GROUND COFFEE AND IT DID INDEED START. NO WHERE IN THE INSTRUCTIONS DID IT SAY THE GROUND COFFEE CONTAINER NEEDS TO BE INSERTED FOR IT TO RUN. JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF PRODUCTS WE HAVE MANUFACTURED IN CHINA. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE USA??? WE CAN'T EVEN MAKE COFFEE GRINDERS NOW??? THIS GRINDER IS STILL ONE OF THE BEST!! ADDENDUM # 3 --- PURRRRRFECT. SO FAR SO GOOD. SECOND WEEK AND ALL IS GREAT.WHAT THE FUTURE HAS IN STORE IS STILL OPEN. I AM OPTIMISTIC. THE GRINDER IS WORKING AS ADVERTISED AND WE LOVE IT. GRINDS WELL AND VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS IN THE NEXT WEEK???? IT BREWS DELICIOUS CUP OF COFFEE. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED. WE LIKED IT SOOOOO MUCH WE GOT ONE FOR OUR DAUGHTER. ADDENDUM # 4 ------ STILL WORKING WONDERFULLY. THE BEST AND MOST RELIABLE ONE I HAVE EVER HAD. THE FIRST TWO BRANDS BROKE AFTER A FEW DAYS AND ONE BROKE RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. MY DAUGHTER ALSO LOVES HER GRINDER AND HAS HAD NO PROBLEMS. REALLY TOOOOO BAD WE COULDN'T MAKE THEM IN THIS COUNTRY AND GIVE AMERICANS THE WORK AND PAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BURR GRINDER. ADDENDUM # 5 --------WELL IT HAS BEEN A LITTLE OVER A MONTH NOW AND ALL IS GREAT AND THE GRINDER IS FLAWLESS. MY DAUGHTER ALSO PURCHASED THE SAME ONE AND IT ALSO IS OUT-STANDING. SOME PEOPLE NIT-PICK ABOUT STUPID THINGS! WELL, HELL, NOTHING IS PERFECT. WE HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THIS GRINDER.DOES A GREAT JOB AND EASY TO MAINTAIN AND CLEAN. THE CAPRESSO WE HAD WAS A PIECE OF CRAP AS WAS THE CUISINART. THEY EITHER BROKE AFTER A SHORT TIME OR ARRIVED DEFECTIVE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GRINDER. ADDENDUM # 6 --- WELL IT HAS BEEN ABOUT TWO-THREE MONTHS NOW AND STILL WORKING GREAT. ONLY PROBLEM IS WHEN IT IS TIME TO REMOVE THE GRINDER INSIDE TO CLEAN IT, IT TENDS TO BE VERY DIFFICULT, AFTER SOME ELBOW GREASE IT DOES COME OUT. MAYBE IF I DID IT MORE FREQUENTLY, IT WOULD BE EASIER AND RELEASE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GRINDER.
