The AED trainer was not in the box.

Adult manikin clicking mechanism not working and no face shields.
Had to return.

The adult manikin no clicking sound and the monitor is not working with new batteries installed!
It delivered on time. But the adult manikin has no clicker sound. Is it supposed to have a spring inside the chest creat the clicking sound?! Installed two new batteries, blinked red light once then nothing work.
