I have both the 10 lb and 20 lb Yes4All Slam Balls and have been using them regularly for a while now. They’ve held up extremely well to heavy usage and abuse, making them a must-have for any home or commercial gym. I use them for more than just slams, especially for ab exercises. This slam-ball is quite durable and well-made. I've been using it for some time and it has held up very well; no undue wear or tear. The exterior texture always provides a solid grip, even at your sweatiest (which I tend to be....). Home gym / workout devotees, buy with confidence.

We have the 10 lb, 20 lb and 30 lb balls for my son to work out with. All are super durable and have been great.

Good quality ball but the one with more grip is a bit tough on the hands
I love a slamball. This one is good quality so far for a very decent price. I would maybe just take the one with less grip as it hurts my hands but I will probably get used to it. But it's a nice size and seems durable. I've only used it for about 2 weeks though but so far I am very happy.

This was a great gift for my husband that loves working out. The size is comfortable, the material is thick, it doesn't make any noise when using it. It seems very durable and hasn't leaked at all.
