This tool makes grilling fish wicked easy! Best way to oil the basket before using is with a paper towel that’s been dipped in a little oil. I’ve also used the basket for asparagus and “kabobs” without skewers. One feature I really appreciate are the dividers inside the basket. The two dividers pop out easily, stay where you put them, and can be used to divide the basket into as many as three sections and you can choose the size of each section. Or you can take one or both of the dividers out. If you oil the basket consistently before use, cleaning with a scrub brush is relatively easy.

I was looking for something stainless steel to do broiling in my toaster oven. It works beautifully for this job as long as I don't use the handle. If the handle were a little easier to snap on and off, it would make this product easier for me to use. As a 70 year old woman, the handle requires squeezing tightly to get into the grooves which I can do, but just barely. Because I'm using it in a toaster oven, I need to keep the handle off while cooking. But, when I want to remove it, it's difficult to quickly snap the handle on a hot cage, so I just use hand mitts and never use the handle. Other than that, I am very happy with this product. It is so EASY to clean.

Not what I expected, very hard to adjust the lock. It should have a Teflon finish. It's challenging to clean; a stainless steel scrubber is required. That should be noted. Otherwise, it works.

Worked very well for Memorial Day used it to grill snapper fillets. Was able to keep fish close to heat and able to rotate easily using handles. Would highly recommend for use with fish, chicken, beef. Heavy duty and easy to clean.

This rack is great for cooking on public grills where you may not want your food touching a questionably clean grate. It is the perfect size for grilling a complete meal for two, or meat portions for four. We had mixed success with the dividers. When we used one divider it collapsed after 2 flips. The next time I used two dividers together each facing a different direction and it worked perfectly. You do have to be careful with the handle as the ring might slide off as you can see in the video. It wasn’t a problem but we needed a hot pad to put the ring back on so we could get the food off the grill without spilling it on the ground. Overall, a great investment that we will use often.

90% of the other reviews are spot on. We haven't cooked using ours yet...just getting the dividers into place is going to be tricky and as has already been mentioned, you do need a pair of pliers to help things along. if it was better made in the first place it would make life so much easier. However, I shall persevere and can't wait to see how it cooks on the barbecue. Before placing anything into it, I'll spray first with a cooking oil to try and prevent the food sticking to it as it cooks. Glass is still half full, (for now)!!!
