I’ve been taking these since before I got pregnant till now, 18 months postpartum. They kinda stink like bad yogurt but I’m used to it.

I am always constipated, but i got these on Saturday (today is thursday) and I have used the restroom every single day since. I haven't changed anything else, so i give these credit. Also right away my little "baby hairs" started looking full again. Definitely recommend!!! Super affordable as well and not made with gelatin. Love how most everything is 100% DV . Your body consumes what it needs and disposes everything else. The ones that are greater than that, wont affect you. Wish it had iron, but that is fine. I can get some on the side. Lord willing they don't raise the price on these !

My wife has used these throughout her entire pregnancy and all has gone very well. These worked well for her- YMMV.

I am not sure if this batch was bad or what. They smell horrible and have turned a dark brown in some spots. I have been taking for 8 months and loved them but these are bad.

i like these because they’re not too big and don’t leave any lingering taste in your mouth.. Going to continue using postpartum
