Oil Rubbed Bronze Shower System, Shower Faucet Sets Complete with Wall Mounted Shower Faucet Rough-In Valve Body and Trim Kit

We just completed a huge remodel in our home and I loved the look of this shower system. The plumber commented on the rough-in kit as being well built and an easy install. The finished prodoct looks beautiful and the water flow is excellent. The control knobs are smooth as silk. I would recommend this product to anyone.

We've had this shower system installed in our renovated bathroom for about two years now and absolutely love it. There have been no problems, and my husband installed with no issues. I was initially concerned about the reviews that mentioned the shower head "falling down" and not staying in place, but we have had no problems with this. It is everything to love about a rain shower head but but with a better angle (in my opinion). We're ordering a second one for our master bath renovation! Our only concern is the availability of replacement parts if needed in the future.

We had slight problem with the hand held portion of the shower system well after the purchase. I reached out to the customer, sent pictures and an explanation as to the issue we were having, and the company responded almost immediately. They agreed to replace the part we were having problems with. The customer service is amazing!! Also, this was the second shower system we purchased from this company, and we have had no issues with that one thus far.

This is such a nice piece! The main head is super large (do yourself a favor and measure) and has great pressure. Hand held works great. Really like having a choice. Do be aware that the part that is mounted to the wall (where water and hose for handheld come together) is not includedWe’ve had issues with the part that turns the water on/off and changes it from the handheld to the main. The piece has fallen off twice, the second time it broke. Had to pay for it to be repaired.

It looks nice but large showerhead sprays water from the connection part that moves the shower head. Very disappointing. It was quite expensive set, now I have to still buy another shower head.

Installed it and looks great but getting hot water from cold to too hot is really a lot of tapping on handle and if go too far it gets to extreme cold or hot and then have to go back to start all over again. Really hate it!!

I am absolutely IN LOVE with this shower head. Its a little more pricey than I planned on spending, plus the plumbing that we also had to buy, because it has to be hard pipped into the wall. However it is so worth EVERY.SINGLE.PENNY!I have noticed that there is an oily-metallic smell that is dimming the more we use it, Could be from the shower head could be from the other pipping we used. Either way it isn't enough to bother you.
