Very very happy about the result ! Even my smaller hair got removed !! I warmed it in my microwave, no problem, I did 20s per 20s until I reached the good liquidity, it maybe took me 3min to reach it. But because I didn’t keep in a hot place during my waxing session I had to warm it pretty often. It’s hard to warm and gets cold very quickly, the point to have the machine sold with it but I don’t want it and I think a bain-marie would be also working perfectly. The seal is a little annoying to take off, I advise you to just go with a knife and clean the roll but leave the seal around, who cares, you gonna throw it after 2 uses anyway. The fact is not water soluble is my main deception because you have to be extra careful to not letting too much wax on your legs or don’t put any on your counter, carefully move the roll around, and you have to clean with this little almond oil towel and it doesn’t come off easily, and you have to throw the strips at the end. I usually love to rinse and wash my strips for next time and be eco-friendly... But I can’t deny it’s been 15 years I do my legs at home by myself and never had such a good result with a water soluble wax... I used my regular strips and it worked perfectly. So I recommend the product for someone who is used to wax at home, beginner I recommend you to start with a water soluble solution. I also would not recommend this for the face, armpits or bikini, just the legs or arms. If you know how to use it the result is very good.

I have never ordered this product until this purchase however i have ordered and used others like it and this one is not worth the money. I bought a 4 pack put one in hte warmer and when i tried to pull it out to see if it was up to the right tempature the white cap came off and wax went everywhere. After cleaning up the mess I opened another one and it did the exact same thing at this point i decided to go ahead and try the other 2 also and all four of them were the same. The white cap came off of each of them and made them unusable. I have used the honey one and never had that problem so i would would buy this product again. I reached out to custoemr assistance and after a week i have still not heard anything from them so I geuss the could care less since they already got paid.

I am new to waxing and I tried to use hard wax on my legs and that was awful so i got this wax. It took a while to heat up since i didnt have the wax warmer that WAXUP has. I used my other wax melter and it took about 20-30 mins for the wax to fully melt. The wax rolls on well but the container can get very warm so I recommend holding it with a small towel or rag. For both legs, i only used around half a container of wax. After a while, the wax did start to harden at the top and it was a bit harder to get on my legs but it wasnt so bad i had to stop. You might get small bits of wax stuck on your legs and its hard to get off but it will come off with hot water and a rag or any oils you have. I will definitely keep buying from this brand.

This wax definitely does the job if you know what you are doing. Make sure you have the warmer. It takes some practice, but it is certainly easy waxing.

this wax glides on beautifully. I've tried some of the other brands like the infamous honey one, and this waxup gold does not leave a sticky residue and didn't "pull" my skin or hairs. It removed most of my hairs but I didn't prep my leg or anything so I can only imagine what it can do when I properly prep. I was hesitant to buy this because it was twice the cost as the others but the fact it didn't leave a sticky residue (very minimal), and the little it did leave behind, I just rubbed my legs with baby oil. I did that with the other brand and I was still sticky. I have tried Waxup other waxes but I will definitely say the gold is awesome. I may try the others but I'll probably stick to this. Try it yall. And if you're having problems rolling the wax, you may have the unit upside down. It seemed to work better with the "square" side up. Hope that makes sense.
