I was hesitant to use this product due to some of the bad reviews - they were all wrong, and I think most of the bad reviews were because they applied the product wrong and chose the wrong color. You don't paint this on with an applicator, like some reviewers did. You apply it exactly as it says on the bottle - with a clean rag and massage the liquid into the leather. Don't leave excess on the leather; work it all in until you establish the deep color. Then I used a clean rag to wipe off the excess. I hung the leather bag in a closet overnight until it dried then polished it with another clean rag. The results were excellent. I wish I took before and after pictures. It took off all the scratches, imperfections and worn spots. The bag looks brand new. The bottle was smaller than I imagined but it covered this large bag easily. I will order more to refinish my leather couches but will get several bottles to cover the area. I would highly recommend the product, use as DIRECTED and ensure color match by testing a small area. See attached pictures. Results speak for themselves. Part two: I ordered four bottles for my couches. I wish I took before pictures. The seats were scratched up and flaking from my dogs. This is what they look like now. These couches are over 10 years old. I love this stuff, now I'm looking for the leather things to refinish!

This literally saved my Gucci marmot handbag. It had color transfer from jeans and the color had worn off on the edges. The light beige was a very close color match. It’s not an exact match so I had to paint the whole bag but the color is close enough that I didn’t need to paint the strap. I used a fine tip paint brush to carefully go around the hardware. I felt like it was a little sticky when it dried so I used some leather conditioner on it and now it’s smooth and looks new. I was ready to throw out this bag because it was in such bad condition but this leather color repair gave it new life!

Ordered green. It's a garish John Deere green that NO ONE would want in their house. And, it's just a tiny, tiny bottle of paint. You'll ruin your furniture with it.

I have a high quality burgundy leather sofa that got destroyed by my pets. There were scratches all over the seats and the back cushions at the top were almost completely white. I tried this product and within a few minutes by just rubbing it on with a soft cloth, my sofa looks brand new. The color match is perfect and the scratches and white spots are gone. I usually don't write reviews but I was just so pleased with the outcome I had to share my experience with this product. I do wish that I took a before picture

I bought this product for color our sofa. So the product itself arrived late even even though it was scheduled to arrive after over 10 days or so. You would be surprise how small the bottle is. It’s really tiny. There is no instruction what do ever to apply the dye. If you are using cotton, it will suck in most of the dye even before you apply it. If you do not used soft object the product will show streaks after it is applied. Remember even before you finish your project it’s likely you will run out of the dye. So plan and be stingy in using if the project is big. I feel like I may also have to buy conditioner because dye has not glaze. It Matt finish. So if you want the color to blend in then I guess leather conditioner may do the magic. If I may not buy it again but remember it also cheaper than most that’s on Amazon. So if the project is small then this is it. It worked for me for now. I can’t say how long it will last either.

Used dark navy blue and dark brown - restored my Hammitt purse beautifully. Doesn’t rub off, goes on well with the smallest amount. Picking the colors was very tricky with all the choices - which is why I'm writing a review with picture to help others. (I rarely review products)

I have to admit i was not sure about the color (burgandy) in the bottle but when i applied it tonthe leather it matched very nicely. I put a small amount at a time to each area and gently rubbed onto the leather. I am very happy with the results. I may apply a second coat , not sure it really needs it. 🤔
