I have had a subscription for this product for several years. I take two capsules daily. It helps me focus and hit the ground running without any jitters. I like that uses natural products and gives me the energy I need to face the day.

I have never had good luck with Ginseng. I've relied over the years on increasing my caffeine dosages. It got to a point where caffeine in any form wasn't giving me the energy boost I had been accustomed to. I knew at that point I needed to change course and try something different. I had read reviews about this supplement and looked into the ingredients. I will say that I am not a fan of proprietary blends. That said, the types of ingredients and then the "oxygen" blend was very appealing to me. It was a combination that was unique and one I had not even come close to trying in any combined form in the past. Best of all, it worked well for me. If you're looking to gain energy and focus naturally, this is a formula you need to try. It's a unique mix of ingredients that work together to give me the energy, focus, and motivation I need to get through my day. I highly recommend this energy and focus supplement.

Gives me energy and a bit more focus when I feel I need it. Love that i only need one capsule. What I don’t love is the price has gone up $10, from 20 to $30. I do have these on auto shipment, so I am saving a few bucks, but I’m not sure how long if the price keeps increasing. Update: I can really feel the difference when I don’t take my Focus n Energy. I usually keep one bottle on standby, after that was gone, so was my energy and coffee is (NOT) getting it. I love that it has natural ingredients that I can feel working. I’m Renewing my subscription!

My mental health business owner niece told me about this wonderful herbal extra and I fell in love with it--learned to take with nothing else in am and it gets me going and keeps me happy all day. I will take couple 2-3 days and stop for a couple and that seeks to keep it active. I quit my antidepressant pills and am so grateful for OXYGEN Energy Focus and all natural. No one is pushing me for this review --just had to tell the world how good these are.

My typical energy and focus supplement was sold out so I tried this. I felt even more tired that usual, and I had multiple sleepless nights which I’m usually a great sleeper. I stopped taking it and the sleep issues are gone. Then I read the reviews and seems like a lot of people have a tough reaction. I think it’s so delayed in response that I take it in the morning and it activates too late in the day. FINALLY able to function enough today to write this review! I recommend nutrilife Focus and Energy. More expensive but well worth it!

I am always on the lookout for a high quality supplement that provides me with energy, focus and brain support. And ... at a reasonable price. This is it! I am post menopausal and also have hypothyroid disease, so I need any kind of extra help I can get to keep me going without crashing. I take 2 capsules on an empty stomach first thing in the morning before I leave for work. By the time I get to work, I am "ready and rarin' " to go. If I miss taking Awakening, I feel tired, sluggish and unmotivated. This really helps to keep me going throughout a very long day. I usually leave home before 7 am and return home after 7 pm nearly 5 days a week. Don't hesitate to give this a try and see for yourself how good and energized you will feel.
