Delivery was right in time and packaging was perfect, not oversized just vubble envelope with watch box inside. Brand new. The watch is beautiful. I purchased to replace my other AX everyday watch that broke only after falling 2 stories from an indoor play set in Wisconsin Dells. I had my original AX since 2010 which is why I wanted to stick with this conpany. This is extremely great quality. This watch is smaller which is why i chose to do a side by side. My original is 44mm in size which I prefer, but this is perfect and i noticed i do not bump it as often. I am a salon owner/ hair stylist so my watch is constantly in water, and hair products as well as hair color are known to get on my jewelry but even after 8 years my original watch still looked beautiful. The quaility of this new watch is exactly the same so I see this lasting much longer. The setting of the stones on the pearl face is exqusite and elegant and the rose gold along side the silver makes ir versatile when pairing jewelry. I purchase AX watches over others because of the quality for the price, ou cannot beat it. I am very impressed and will be sending in my original for repairs now that i have my new one.

speedy replacement
I have to say I was so upset to receive this package and it was empty. I ordered for a gift and had to show up to the party without it. They did resend to make it right it just got here late. I just still can't believe the box was empty. I appreciate the fast service and no issues to get a replacement sent out so I am grateful that happened. Not sure where the ball was dropped, but they did make it right The watch is beautiful and great quality.

Sehr schöne Uhr. Was mich gewundert hat ist wie leicht sie ist. Angenehmes Tragegefühl. Das Zifferblatt hat die Farbe Perlmutt. Auch der Chrono funktioniert wie er soll über die kleinen Knöpfe an der Seite. Musste das Armband etwas kürzen und bin sehr zufrieden. Würde sie weiterempfehlen.
