Wish they had come with longer 2 1/2” or 3” black screws because we could not find any in black at the hardware store. We went with a charcoal 3” screw as they really could use longer screws to secure at least 2 of the 3 holes of the flange all the way into a stud for heavy or deep shelving. Otherwise, I loved the modern, industrial look and they hold up to the weight limits as advertised. In fact, my boyfriend insisted they would not hold the weight of the 8’ x 3/4” thick x 15”deep maple shelves we wanted to put in my under stairs closet. I wanted to order them and try and I was happily correct! We did use a 2” piece of wood under the shelf for added support but these really look nice and were easy to install especially for the great price!

The brackets are definitely sturdy and will not break.. I don't have to worry about them coming apart EVER! I bought enough to change out all of my shelves and put in new ones. My husband was very impressed with how they are made, and if you purchase all of the separate pieces to make your own, it will cost substantially a lot more money.

Really great brackets and very flexible to use on different shelf types. I personally liked it's style which combined with other stuff I have in the same room. Easy to install, iron-ish material and supports a good amount of weight.

I originally bought these to make a corner rod to hang my macrame shelves for plants. They worked great for that. The I had the 4 other pieces left over so used it for a shelf/mantle for plants. Husband had piece of wood in the garage, so sanded it, painted black installed the rods, perfect. I love that these came with the screw in anchors, they are much better. The set also came with the smaller screws for the shelf. So the kit comes with everything you need, other than the wood or shelf itself.

The screws and anchors aren’t the best but they are great if you use sturdier screws and anchors

These aren't as heavy as the piping you buy at the hardware store but certainly just as sturdy. I used them on some pretty heavy shelving, just used different dry wall anchors to handle the extra weight of the shelf. I love the industrial look they add. They are easy to assemble and simply screw together, just have to muscle some of them to get them tightened all the way.
