Good quality paper and perfect size for the job. I like to use bookmarks with my reference books when doing a project or want to quickly find a page of info. Also favourite recipes etc. and so I so use a lot at the same time. As I paint I thought these would be great to help me create my own designs. I have used watercolour paint on them and they are fine for this so long as you give them plenty of time for the paint to dry. I finished them off with a tassel and they look really good. I can now make more as I need them.

These bookmarks were just what I was looking for. Something to paint then add pen and ink drawings, or just pen and ink drawings on their own. Great craft activity for kids too. Good thickness and quality. Bought bookmark tassles separately.

My children made these up as gifts for all their school friends, I also took them into school for students to decorate as gifts for Christmas. Was a big hit with everyone

Good for DIY school project but could be a bit thicker card board and definitely longer.

I bought these to watercolour on based on a review.One side is glossy, one not. You can paint on either. But it clearly isn't amazing. I've tried both my watercolours and gauche on so far. The glossy side doesn't take very well.You get a lot of bookmarks, and I am going to keep experimenting. I'm thinking some watercolour ground in the non glossy side might work. There's plenty to experiment with. I just wouldn't recommend for painting with either of these mediums.

Sent loads more than expected

Did buy these for watercolours, not ideal. Shiny one side so colour sits on the top and isn't absorbed. The reverse side is better, but a rough finish so not good if you want a professional look. Paint took ages to dry due to the non absorbency and couldn't achieve desired techniques. Ideal for stickers or other art forms but in my opinion, not the best for watercolours.
