Great product - Recommend
Handy S hooks. Material is high quality stainless steel. At 0.2" OD wire, they are very strong. I cold-crimped one end in a large vise to permanently attach to some swivel pullies. It takes quite a bit of force to crimp them. Working load unknown but I'd guess 100#+. So impressed I bought a 2nd batch to have around for future projects.

Don’t let Amazon pick the size for you!
Product is very heavy duty and very well made however, Amazon recommended these when I put some SS chain in my cart. These hooks are too big for the chain I bought so don’t rely on Amazon to recommend stuff, do your homework! I will keep them for future projects.

Could be a slightly thinner guage and still be sturdy enough.
I use these hung from the edge of my kitchen utensils caddy, in order to hang my measuring spoons and metal measuring cups. A few of my measuring spoons, however, have a hole in the handle too small for the guage of these S hooks. I need to find a split ring to put them on so that they can then be hung from these hooks. Otherwise these hooks are perfect are perfect. Just dropping one star for the thicker-than-necessary guage

Stainless "S" hangers
I used these to mount the large 46" sand blasting filters in my commercial sand blaster. I needed 9. They were very strong and better than OEM which were rusted and twice as expensive one at a time. Most people would not use these for that purpose, but there are many other uses for these to hang heavy stuff for convenient quick access. These are not cheap metal and will hold up. They will not bend easily.
