Hard to track down
I have several British recipes that call for ‘caster’ sugar & couldn't find any in my local stores. Used the recommended substitutes & they didn’t work - way too sweet & sugary. Found this on Amazon & was glad I did.

Just what I needed.
Live in the USA and couldn’t find this product in any of the local grocery stores. Product as described and best value I could find for caster sugar on Amazon.

Tastes good, but not sure I would buy again. As the package is so small
Great sugar product. Not for the size vs price. I have been looking for a replacement for a competitor and was forced to buy this. The package is very small.

SUGAR like sugar used to be!
I've been baking since I was a little girl. The most revered sugar was from Hawaii. Now that sugar is gritty in my recipes. WHY?? I did research and found TATE and LYLE... My recipes are turning out fantastic again...not gritty!! Has anyone else experienced this problem with name brand sugar purchased fresh from the grocery store...stored properly??

It’s actually not a perfect sugar powder.. it’s like grounded sugar... not the best for decorating
