Brass Aladdin Genie Lamps Incense Burners

Like most say, this is a LOT smaller than you think. It's "maybe" 4" from end to end, outer edge of handle to very outer tip where wick sets. Tiny thing that fits in the palm of your hand. But for the money? Works brilliantly. Filled it with some old olive oil, laid a wick inside it (I get the wicks in bulk from India for other kinds of oil lamps, basically thick, cotton string), light and you have a mini oil candle that looks super cool.

This is no longer than my middle finger but it is quite cute and pretty. Not functional for me. It can fit in your pocket but it looks great on my book shelf. I think if I cluster a few of these, it would make a nice presentation. Great heavy quality. Looks like brass. I would like to purchase more.Very well made.

I like this. It was a lot smaller than I was hoping, but it is fun and actually, if it were any bigger it would be obtrusive, so I'm happy about its small size. Works great as a lamp. I burn olive oil in it with great results. I use ordinary hemp twine as my wick.

When I first ordered this product and saw the low cost, I was nervous. But it turned out to be legit. The product is only 4 inches, which is a bit smaller than I imagined, but it is cute. Made of metal, not plastic. The chain was detached from the lamp, but it took no time to fix it. The package was just a simple plastic bag. I wish it had arrived with a box, but can't complain given the low price.

I just read the review of another buyer and like her, I am now wishing I had read all of the reviews before I ordered it. Like that user, I too needed it to use as part of a table decoration for an Aladdin themed party I am having and they are WAY too small. These are favor size, mine is barely 4" x 2" and this is from tip to handle, actual body of lamp is more like 3" I would like to suggest to the seller to be more specific on both body of lamp vs. overall size so that buyer can make a better educated purchase. With this said, it IS very pretty, sturdy and well made and I can see it being perfect for it's intended use especially if you're looking for something very small and compact.

I was completely disappointed upon receiving it. It was only after the initial disappointment that I read the reviews and saw so many others expressed the same sentiment, so that was my mistake. I was just carried away by how gorgeous the pictures are, and quite unlike my usual self, I just went ahead and bought it. This item while very pretty and well made, is absolutely non functional. It's waaaaaaaay tinier than the pictures lead one to believe. If you are looking for a small decoration for those who like miniatures, then by all means go ahead and get it. If however your intention is to actually use it for burning incense as advertised? Please don't bother it cannot serve that purpose. Period.

Love this adorable little brass lamp I gave my 5 year old granddaughter. It’s a miniature version of my lamp!! Perfect size and truly a brass lamp.

I'm not one to complain typically when it comes to quality, but upon opening the package I was dissatisfied. The lamp is much smaller than I thought, which may just be my fault. But what really irks me is that a standard incense cone cannot fit in the opening, and when I finally got an awkward tiny piece in there, it went right out every time. And placing sticks of incense into any of the openings of the piece not only generates an ashy mess but also defeats the purpose of the spout of the lamp, the bit I was most excited about that hasn't spit any smoke because, again, the proper incense doesn't fit! If you want a cute little trinket to put on a windowsill (like I ended up doing), it's perfect. But if you're looking for a functional vessel to hold your incense, search a little harder, this one will most definitely disappoint.
