Rimmel London Jelly Gel Blush - 002 Cherry Popper Blush Women 0.19 oz

I stumbled across a Rimmel bronzer/contour a few weeks ago and fell in love. So I sought out a Rimmel jelly blush. Both are great products that are easy to apply and blend, they really do stay all day. The Cherry Popper color is a bit brighter than I anticipated but I get tons of a compliments, so it's fine.

the only reason i did not give overall 5 is because i want to buy it again but the tiny jar does not identify the shade name just a upc code so i can not buy it again

it’s just patchy no matter what unless i put it on my bare face with my fingertips and layer over it. if you are looking for something like that it would prob work but it picks up product and doesn’t play well with cream contour. the texture is nice and it’s flattering it’s just a no from me dawg. lol

I have never used anything except a powder blush in my life, so this was really stepping into the deep end for me. I expected a product that would take a lot of blending and was afraid that not being able to control that would make the blush too noticeable. I'm happy to report I was wrong! This is an excellent product. I started very slow, with just a touch. I thought rubbing my cheeks would add to the blushed look and wasn't sure how much to use. Fifteen minutes later, I had a better idea and achieved a really pretty effect. Also, unlike every blush I've tried, this stuff has real staying power. At the end of the day, there was very little change in how it looked! I'm converted. I love this stuff. CAUTION: Let the jar sit upright for a while before you open it. Mine arrived upside down. I thought it was overfilled and, wow, what a mess I made trying to get the foil seal off! Turns out being upside down made the space at the top turn into an air bubble at the bottom. Once the foil was off, I was startled to see a giant bubble form, then pop, and then the product settled itself into a more appropriately filled little jar.

This is a nice, natural blush. I personally like cream blush as opposed to powder, and had never tried a liquid one like this before. It applies with a wet feel, but that fades after a while. It's very subtle, and the shade is natural looking. It can be built up for a darker shade. I've found that this does not work well over a foundation/concealer (at least for me), and is better applied to a bare face. The container is adorable (holographic)! Here's a tip, though! When you get it, be sure to let it sit for a bit before opening it. The product can get on the interior foil and it can be a bit messy to open if you don't let most of the product settle.

I'm a big fan of creamy blush. This one has a really interesting texture. It's easily applied with fingers and blends well. The color is buildable so it's hard to make major mistakes. The color I received is very flattering and probably can be worn by most skin tones. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this review. Color is nice; it just does not apply well and is too liquid to travel well. I'll most likely toss this out as I have so many nicer blushes (liquid, powder, "paté") that actually show where I want them.

Love the colour, had never used anything like this before. I've used it on my cheeks and lips. It dries fast and matt on the lips but I found it quite drying as a lip stain although I did try putting vaseline on as well. I really liked it as a blush tint and will probably use it more in the summer.

This goes on like a dream and you need the tiniest amount. Easy to build too. Being 50 and going through “changes “ with my skin, I wanted a blush that looks natural and gives a healthy glow. This fits the bill perfectly. I wanted to show the blush on bare skin with no makeup so it showed how natural it looks. But it builds also for a more “made-up” look. Feels lovely on the skin too, not sticky at all. I could go on and on! It’s great, get it!

Like the colour and it is a little runny until you leave it to stand after you let it stand for a while it turns to a gel

It is good if you do not use foundation but if you do it will take the foundation off your face. Will not buy again

The pigment is very nice but I recieved a very big pocket of air in the little tub which was annoying. Can't return as I have opened the seal to test the product. Would not buy again.
