Pyramex Ridgeline Full Brim Vented Hard Hat 4 Point Ratchet Suspension

I purchased several of these hats for my family. We are volunteering for disaster relief & needed to update our PPE. This is an essential piece of equipment and these are well made. The color makes a difference in pricing but I’m not sure why. I got the black matte one for my husband and his was nearly twice as expensive as mine which is this safety green color. I like the color on this hat. It’s easy to find me on a site! Very bright just as shown. The hat was easy to put together - comes in two pieces and you just snap in the inner strap for your head. It adjusts to a comfortable fit with the ratchet system to tighten or loosen it. I have a pretty small head but it wasn’t a problem for this hat. We prefer this vented model because in the warmer months your head can get warm in them and the vents at the top help get the heat out. The hats are lightweight even though they provide good sturdy protection. That was another important feature for me since I have neck issues sometimes and can’t be wearing a heavy hat. These are exactly what we were looking for - in fact my husband was so proud cuz he said usually the foreman gets to wear the hat with the full brim lol We’re pleased with these and I’m sure we’ll get good use of them. I’ve already recommended this hat to other volunteers on our team.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, construction helmet, then this is probably the one for you. It fits really well and is adjustable. It’s decently comfortable and does the job.

Light weight. Quality lid. Price was OK. Breatheable vents are nice. Think I've been wearing it daily now for a year. Still looks good. Even the forehead padding hasn't worn off.

This hard hat is comfortable and easy to adjust to fit well. Solid, light weight and good looking.
