Treadmill Lubricant Fluid Pure 100% Silicone Oil Multi-Viscosity 8 fl. oz, 236mL

I bought this oil for my children's science project.In sophmore year chemistry the big project is a density column. They need to have at least 4 layers and they get extra credit for each additional layer. The catch is that the teacher will shake the column and it needs to settle back into layers. Therefore each layer not only needs to be a different density but also be immiscible with each other. The minute you put water in the column it mixes with almost everything!!! Silicone oil has a similar density to water but won't mix. We managed 8 layers last year to the teacher's delight. This year the 4th child is aiming for 9. #overachievingmother

Good product, good price. Works well on the treadmill. I bought it because of the squirt top, but because of the viscosity, the squirt was useless.I had to apply it with a paper towel or a rag.

Product is fine; docked 2 stars because I purchased this product as opposed to others because of the pump, and the pump didn’t actually work.

My son likes the way this lubricant works.

This is a good lubricant and works as advertised, the cost is lower than name brands but the quality is as good.

I would prefer an oil that could be applied on my sponge applicator but this worked satisfactorily.

Well it works for the treadmill I have, but the spritzer/sprayer (or whatever it's called) broke almost immediately. I've been using "5 x Monoject" syringes with a bit of the tip cut off to apply it.
