classic train set with tracks battery operated train
Bought this as present for a child aged 5 and tried it out before putting it back into the box and wrapping it up. The tracks are easy to assemble. We put 1 AA battery into the train. Then joined the other carriages etc on to the train and set it going. It did come off rail once or twice as it does move pretty quickly. Better running on the wooden flooring or even surface. But nice little set for the money compared to some of the other similar sets we had seen.

Rubbish train set
The trains aren't too bad but the tracks are rubbish. Trains don't stay on track.for.more than a split second. Forget it with carriages on. Completely cheap and unstable. Extremely disappointed.

Train comes off the tracks with all carts added. Item not as strong looking as i expected.
