This tea tastes very good. I use it at night, and it works well as a snack. It keeps me from eating anything else. It is a very good diet aid for the cost.

Second time buying. Not very sure how well it works though. Tasted good with berries added to tea.

uncertain on what to rate it so ill give it 4. First off i bought 2 boxes with snap. Today is my first day and I’ve already been to the restroom multiple times .. i was woken up at 9 am with cramps and the urge to use the restroom.. its only 1 pm, other reviews compared it to smooth move but that never did anything for me and it tasted horrible.. this will DEFINITELY make it fly out and it barely has a taste in my opinion. it also has already took away the bloating that i had.. i wont drink it everyday just because of how long i was in the restroom each time and how many times ive gone so far. but to each their own, hope this helps

They taste great like raspberry tea. I drink without a sweetener. Also it suppresses your appetite like nobody’s business. No hunger or hunger pains. No cravings when I drink this either. Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite weight loss hacks to get the gut miving I definitely recommend two out of 10, but it does take about 12 hours for it to work to take in the morning if you want to do direction at night and take that night if you want to use the restroom early and have nowhere to be

At first this tea was working and doing its job. The next thing I knew I was having severe stomach cramping and was puking my guts out. I had diarrhea a fever and I didn't understand what was going on. Turns out this tea inflamed my appendix giving me appendicitis. I ended up going to the hospital having to get it removed. I do not recommend this tea at all.
