I‘ve been a big fan of Talisman since I was a teenager. I bought the first (German) edition more than 30 years ago. The only thing I never liked was the translation. So when I had the chance to grab the complete 4th revised edition in English, I took it! „The Dragons“ being the last add-on I was missing. I bought it and it actually pretty good! Not the best of all the expansions, but still worth an overall of five stars. Delivery from the UK was really fast, especially considering the current shortage on drivers for logistics due to brexit and other recent events. Amazon.co.uk has always been my favorite in supplying me with games and book in their native language.

Almost 30 years after buying my 2nd edition Talisman set, I bought the Dungeon expansion as my son has now got into the game. Unlike the Timescape (original) expansion, which we have only played a few times, the Dungeon one really improves the game and we use it every time we play. The Dungeon cards are a separate pack to the Adventure deck so we can use them despite the different editions, and although the Spell cards are designed to be shuffled into the regular 4th edition spell deck, we use them by choosing alternately from the 2 spell decks. This is a great expansion and I would recommend it even with the old 2nd edition base game.

The best of the large expansions for talisman as there is so much going on in the city. The shops are fantastic with so many opportunities to power up. Particularly like the characters, the tinkerer being a firm favourite. If you're only going to get 1 expansion this is the 1 as it adds so much to the game and characters can dip in and out of the city.

Really good expansion to the base game. Adds a great underlying experience that works well with every other expansion in the game. Highly recommend. Only docking a star because the box arrived damaged. Considering I spent more than RRP on it and it’s supposed to be new, it was a bit disappointing.

A brilliant expansion to Talisman. Several new characters and a corner piece to expand the city corner with shops and a seperate encounter deck.

The game arrived quickly, was undamaged in any way, and it was the last corner expansion our group was looking for, so we're very happy. :)

Came in great condition. Great gameplay

Part that does not require other extension offers alternate ending options and fun but half the deck can only be used in combination with two expensive extensions. Was probably indicated in the description at some point but was not obvious to me.

This is a great expansion for Talisman. I really enjoyed playing this today. It adds a lot to the base game without being overwhelming. A quick read through the directions and you are ready to go. It's not overly complex. There's a good mix of new characters with some interesting abilities. What I really liked was that the new board for the inner region has two sides. One side has the original inner region challenges but altered slightly to fit the Dragon theme and the other side offers a new progression to the final battle for the Crown of Command with new and unique challenges. The alternate ending cards also add greatly to the replayability of this expansion. I can't wait to play again! So many great dragons to battle!
