Avoid despite numerous attempts to contact My phone is useless.! Keeps saying emui and to update system what i do every morning just had to go out spend 150 on a new phone to connect to the world (my dad's ill) And this company as well as amazon won't help

Good product,very pleased with the phone.

I knew this was a re purposed phone before I bought it, but it was a bit glitchy, and sometime the touch screen didn’t work immediately, I would need to touch a few time before it recognised. Still, not too bad, and considering a break and lose a phone every 6 months or so, it’s still better than buying brand new

I've had this phone for years and years. the screen is cracked, been dropped many many many times , lost and found, etc. Still it does not give up on me! Battery retention is still great, screen still registers perfectly , it's within budget. sound quality is totally fine. Camera isnt as crisp as new phones but honestly does the job totally fine. great durable smartphone.

The phone so far is great, it's a Huawei and my experience of them is good. This review is not about the phone but is about dealing with the refurbishers of it. When the phone arrived it was set in Chinese. In the end changed to English very easily. My knowledge of Chinese is nil and since all of the stuff on the phone was in Chinese I couldn't tell how to convert it. Since I had not expected to have to do this and had no experience of having to I looked at YouTube videos etc. None of which helped due to my poor eyesight and amateurs making the videos. I don't need to go on. I asked for a refund. Then started two days of stress trying to sort the refund with as always Amazon being helpful and communicating with the company to get me a refund. This was proving very difficult and probably going to end up with at some point Amazon having to give me a refund. In the end I resolved it myself and it was fairly easy but if you don't know, you don't know. You have to have knowledge of positioning of all Huawei symbols etc if the language and writing is foreign to you. Or know someone who understands Chinese. All sorted now. I would despite the problems around Huawei phones unless you're an MP or similar recommend them as the best I have ever used. I would also heartily recommend the Amazon employees who tried to help me....Nil points to this particular refurbisher though, don't go near them. I have no idea how good the refurbishment is as yet but rest assured I will be back to this review when I find out. What's happened so far is not exactly giving me confidence.

Habe ein neues Handy benötigt ! Jedoch hat dieses Handy eine App nicht laden können, die ich DRINGEND bräuchte ! Daher ist dieses Handy nicht für meine Zwecke geeignet ! Werde mir wohl ein weiteres Handy zulegen müssen !! Fehlinvestition von meiner Seite ! Enttäuschend )

Da es kein neuer Artikel war, sondern ein refuhsed Handy und aus UK kam. Es garb leider nach dem Einrichten Probleme mit der Sprachqualität. Versand und Retoure aber ohne Probleme.
