Potbelly Sandwich Shop Brand Hot Peppers 16 Oz (2 Jars)

I have been ordering these Potbelly Peppers for years. The seller is quick and it comes well- packaged. If you have been to a Potbelly, you know how good these peppers are! For those who have not tried these, I can best describe it as similar to a Giardiniera, but instead of a thin liquid it is a rich oil that is extremely tasty and just the right amount of heat for me. It is definately spicy. Overall take = Heavenly, and it’s nice to be able to get them here where we don’t have any of their restaurants!

I could eat this everyday for the rest of my life. I no longer live near a Potbelly shop so I’ve been making my own sandwiches at home and putting this in them. Its definitely spicy but also so flavorful. The price is very expensive but the bottles last long and so I don’t mind. Best giardinera I’ve ever tried. I also love that there’s no onions or garlic in it!

I lived in Huston for a while and fell in love with Potbelly sandwiches, especially when you enjoy them along side a big helping of their wonderful Hot Peppers. I live in the LA area now where no one has heard of Potbelly Sandwich shops. I miss them soooo much, I finally searched the internet to see if I could at least obtain these wonderful peppers by mail. I was elated to find them available on Amazon. I ordered them and I can tell you they make a good sandwich explode with flavor. Even if you don't have a Potbelly Shop near you, I know for sure, opening this jar is the next best thing! If you're tired of bland and normal, you are in for a flavorful treat!

These peppers have a real crunch to them. Also very tasty, some of the best I have ever had. I put some slices of cheddar cheese on sliced sourdough and these on top of the cheese. Into the oven on a baking sheet at 350degrees until the cheese is thoroughly melted. Be sure to let the cheese cool before biting into the bread or you WILL burn the top of your mouth. Absolutely delicious. They are expensive for sure, but I will buy them again for these cheese sandwiches.

The peppers are great but the packaging leaves much to be desired. When you buy the peppers in the jar at the local Potbelly, the lids are pressure sealed with a plastic clear covering to prevent leakage. They should do the same when they ship them.

The hot peppers arrived securely wrapped and in great condition, so there was no leakage. They’re on the spicier side and made an awesome addition to my sandwich. My only gripe is the price. These are way more expensive compared to buying a jar directly at a Potbelly store.

A friend gave me an Italian sandwich from Potbelly sandwich shop. It came with this pepper mix. Absolutely the best! It is good on sandwiches and in burritos and omelets and... I drain them of oil, the oil absorbed the heat.

Love these peppers. Perfect on sandwiches, in eggs, in a salad. Tasty!
